The
NBI has four sites which provide accommodation, The
Tapestries in Old Windsor, Berkshire, Peter Hervé
House and Lenox House in Tetbury, Gloucestershire and
Margaret Cottages in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent.
Peter
Hervé House is a new building with two wings
containing nine apartments, eight with one single bedroom
and one with two single bedrooms. Peter Hervé
House has a daytime house manager. The NBI Accommodation
Manager is based in the NBI Offices at Peter Hervé
House and can be contact between 10am and 2pm Monday
to Friday concerning accommodation availability both
in Tetbury and Old Windsor.
The
Tapestries provides 27 single occupancy apartments
exclusively for retired ladies. Most are one bedroom
apartments but there are some studio style apartments.
There are usually one or two vacancies. The Tapestries
has a house manager resident on site.
Lenox House is on the same site as Peter Hervé
House and is an old coach house converted into two apartments.
Margaret Cottages are two one bedroom bungalows exclusively
for retired nurses.
